Here’s a great interview with Kodak’s Jeff Hayzlett in which he discusses his approach to his role as CMO. The company is in the throes of repositioning itself as a B2B, and you can tell that he really loves his job.
Social media is a key ingredient in Kodak’s marketing strategy, and Hayzlett is an avid Twitter user. He’s a wonderful communicator, letting people know what he’s doing and creating attention for the company. He’s getting terrific results from his efforts in terms of raising brand awareness, and senior management is very supportive.
